Mental Performance Coaching

My journey to becoming a Mental Performance Coach was deeply personal. I grew up as a competitive volleyball player and poured everything into my sport — until a career-ending injury during my transition to college shifted everything. I wasn’t just grieving the game I loved; I was questioning who I was without it.

That moment opened my eyes to the invisible struggles athletes face and the powerful connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I realized I didn’t just want to support performance — I wanted to support the person behind it.

With a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I coach from a holistic, human-centered perspective. I believe that sustainable excellence comes from within — from presence, self-awareness, and compassion — not perfection.

My mission is to help athletes feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow not only in sport, but in life. Because when we invest in the whole person, we unlock performance that’s not just better — it’s lasting.
